RELEASED BY YOUR MANAGER. SHAME REALLY AS HE HAD A BAD SEASON WITH INJURIES LAST SEASON AND HE COULD DO WELL AFTER GAINING A BIT OF MATCH FITNESS. JUST LOOK AT STUART RUDD. LAST SEASON HE WAS INJURED FOR A LONG TIME BUT HAS COME GOOD. WHERE IS THE COVER GOING TO COME FROM IF EITHER RUDD OR FATTERSON GET INJURED OR BANNED.
BETTS COULD DO A JOB AND MOSSELY IS INJURED.
GOOD JOB THE MANAGER IS A STRIKER WITH PROVEN PEDIGREE!!!!!! HE HAS A GREAT RECORD AS A STRIKER THOUGH. IN 14 YEARS HE HAS PLAYED 173 GAMES AND SCORED 26 GOALS. GOOD RECORD FOR A STRIKER - A GOAL EVERY 7 GAMES AND HE SCORED 5 OF THEM IN ONE GAME AGAINST THAT WELL KNOWN TEAM BARTON ROVERS.
JUST A COUPLE OF QUESTIONS SPRING TO MIND THOUGH. WHO'S BUY WAS SUGDEN? I DON'T BELIEVE THAT CAMERON WOULD HAVE SEEN HIM PLAY. SIMILARLY WITH RUDD. CAMERON SAW HIM PLAY ONCE, SAME WITH FATTERSON.
I WILL GIVE YOU ALL A LIBERAL DOSE OF REALITY. IF YOU DO NOT WIN THIS LEAGUE BY A COUNTRY MILE IT WILL BE DOWN TO YOUR YES MAN MANAGER.
I PREDICT HE WILL BE OUT BY JANUARY IF NOT SOONER. I HAVE HEARD HIM IN THE DIG OUT A COUPLE OF TIMES AND BELIEVE ME HE HAS ABSOLUTELY NO IDEA.
THIS HAS BEEN BACKED UP AND CONFIRMED BY SOMEONE IN THE KNOW WHO HAS COME UP AGAINST HIM.
YOU WOULD HAVE BEEN BETTER KEEPING BENNY PHILLIPS IT WAS HIS TEAM THAT WON THE LEAGUE FOR YOU.
JUST THINK ABOUT IT...................................
UNTIL THE NEXT TIME.
Even without Sugden it is a strong squad.
I'm available I have a pair of R90's that I got off Rory.
When's training?

Sugden is no great loss. It's a while now since he had a good season in his first spell at 'Fax. Even before he got injured at Farsley he wasn't scoring goals. Was he just an impulse buy to save face after failing to get Norton from Curzon? Generalist, you might be right that he was not Cammy's signing and if he had seen him play he probably wouldn't have gone for him. However from what I have seen so far the squad is improved on last season. I hope Cammy is a capable enough manager to vary the style of play next season. If it's mainly physical and long ball from the keeper then the opposition will soon get wind of this and find ways of countering it. Certainly there are players in midfield who can play a good passing game as well.

Could some charitable person please try and instruct the person calling himself THE GENERALIST how to remove the Caps Lock feature?
Having said that, it might be a pointless task as he probably writes using a crayon anyway.

Think there are a few mind games going on on this forum.
We will not walk this league, if we are in the top 8 by xmas and in sight of the top we'll have a good chance.
We will have a better second half to the season than first half, i should imagine we would be looking to pickup cheap players around xmas after clubs have been knocked out of the FA Cup or have abandandond their chances of promotion and are looking to trim the wage bill.
Letting Ryan Sugden go is good management, i haven't had chance to get to many PSF's but he hasn't impressed, Rudd has though.
If the long ball gets results i've no problem with us using it but can you change a footballing side into a side that gets results via direct/physical play in 4 months of the off season, i have my doubts and we may get caught out early in the season with this.
Concerned there ain't much pace between Ruffer and Haran.
We have signed some good quality and obviously invested a lot in wages/signing on fee's but i would have liked to have seen us pickup some of the talented young players we came up against in the Unibond North 1 last season, we don't seem to be scouting players.
