Despite being the smallest village in the world and a place you'll never find, (let alone get out of alive!), the pubs are quite good. There are four in total, there are also two just outside but they're **** anyway. there's the white hart, or the buck as people's dads call it. quite good, karaoke and quizzes and stuff on some nights. it's a bit cliquey but if you can cope with the football posse and their birds it's okay. One thing to point out is that wherever you go in woodlesford, your bound to come across the 'old man' posse and the white hart is no exception, however it does have a separate tap-room so we can hoard the old men like geese in one confined room with a dart board and a big screen t.v. one tip, DO NOT go in there! the pointers is further down the road, also a bit cliquey and, allegedly, haunted. this pub sports a pool table AND a who wants to be a millionaire bandit type thing. These are usually just 'drop in for one' pubs for me and my mates. the midland is a really nice pub with a train that runs round the perimeter, especially amazing when pissed! the landlord, geoff is a great bloke, the beers good and there are more 'young-'uns' in here as my dad says. The masons(OLD, NOT NEW) is next, this pub is a right laugh, closely rivalled by the midland, my friend works here and you will always find someone to talk to, even if its just the bar staff! this pub also sports a pool table and has recently been refurbished.
